Defects or Errors
If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, email support@1935americanbeach.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item after verification.
Custom Production
Since each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color unless the item is defective or incorrect as shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for verified defective or incorrect items. Contact us at support@1935americanbeach.com to begin the process.

Please do not return items directly to Printful. Contact us first for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
